European Bank for Reconstruction & Development

Client: EBRD
Project: Lee Jackson Boardroom
Architect/Interior Designer: Pringle Brandon

Working closely with leading London architects Pringle Brandon, Ben Dawson has completed the design development and manufacture of a new suite of conference furniture for the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in Bishpsgate London. The new conference table, made in radially matched Swiss Pear with stainless steel cable management, provides state of the art conferencing facilities for the directors of EBRD who originate from 61 countries.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development was established in 1991 when communism was crumbling in central and eastern Europe and ex-soviet countries needed support to nurture a new private sector in a democratic environment. Today the EBRD uses the tools of investment to help build market economies and democracies in countries from central Europe to central Asia.
